My students will enjoy learning phonics through Letterland because it is fun and engaging. Letterland not only includes music and movement but has individual stories, characters, and a whole imaginary land. Letterland is intentionally designed for the specific needs of our youngest learners. We plan to visit Letterland everyday to meet new letters. Each letter has a character, a story, and a motion to instill the phonemic sound. Students identify with the characters and their personalities, by learning the stories and names. Letterland also includes a software program for group and individual learning. Having Letterland in the classroom makes learning phonics easy and appealing to early childhood.
