I believe allowing my students to have flexible seating will help them open their minds to agriculture in the classroom in elementary school! It gets them out of the traditional desk and chairs all day and allows them to have a spot that is comfortable where they feel open and accepting of the materials being taught! I believe students need to feel comfortable at school and this is what allows me to be an effective teacher. When they are not comfortable, they may not be able to focus on the material being presented to them! This helps me be an effective teacher!
