In my school, the opportunity for children to have access to technology and the literacy focused games and activity that they can access will have a huge impact on their learning. By having technology readily available in the classroom for students to engage with, there is more opportunity for differentiation, text to speech, speech to text, and literacy listening exercises. In our new curriculum Literacy Technology Centers will play an important role in allowing students to work on their reading, phonics, and grammar skills in an independent setting. Having constant access to Chromebooks in our classroom will greatly benefit students, and allow them to use technology to feed their curiosity.

About my class
