At our school, we study the real world in integrated classes that combine indigenous wisdom and world views with innovative technology and curriculum. These drones and cameras will help our students study sciences, engineering, agriculture, and digital media amongst other subjects by capturing first-hand documentation of how these subjects affect our community. Students will learn drone piloting and videography to survey our organic orchard and the surrounding geographical landscape to study the biology, hydrology, and the impact of human settlements in the area. Students will learn digital photo & video both to document the process of our project-based learning and to produce original content demonstrating their learning that will be exhibited around the world.
