Many of my students struggle staying seated in the traditional desk and chair all day. This affects their ability to focus and stay engaged in class; flexible seating options allow students alternatives and increase focus and engagement. As of now I only have traditional tables and chairs, this limits student options on where to work and it makes it difficult to work in groups at times. Having adjustable options means students can collaborate more effectively in the space provided and have more choices with seating while reducing distractions. This list of items means students can work on the floor individually, on the rug together in groups, or work at the standing desks.
