With these subscriptions, my students will be able to keep up with current events. They will be able to read full articles on topics they see on social media to get a fuller, more accurate picture, discuss topics with their peers, learn to understand varying viewpoints, and be able to write persuasive essays. Our English Language Arts class will develop as a place where ideas are shared and respected. Students will develop their listening skills and tolerance for other viewpoints. Your donations will motivate my students to research and learn more about hot topics and take action. They will be excited to write persuasive essays to share their points of view and convince others to stand with them.
