This book title will increase student learning, giving them a broader and deeper understanding of the world around them. We need to build empathy and resilience in our young adults. Reading is the perfect tool for that. Students see themselves in books, and they also see others. They realize they are not alone, and they realize that they hold the power to make the world a better place for themselves and for others. When we give students access to books, we are literally giving them eyes to the world. They get to experience the world in ways that they may not get to otherwise.

About my class
