I am a second and third grade academic support teacher at my school and it is my job to help make distance learning engaging and meaningful for students. Teachers Pay Teachers is an amazing resource where educators can share all of the wonderful content they have spent hours upon hours creating. The donation of TPT resources would provide the teachers I work with and me a chance to find new content to use with our students while also contributing to the great teachers who have creatively crafted exciting materials. Teaching during a pandemic has certainly been challenging so being able to gift my fellow educators with the funds to buy better resources will alleviate some of their preparation stress and make our remote learning more meaningful to students. We hope to purchase CKLA and Ready Math editable worksheets that students can use in school year to year as well as now while they are not as school. We also have our eyes on an "Among Us" Google Slide Presentation that we can edit and use as assessment and reviews! Our students don't know all of the work and time we put in to prepare for their learning but we are sure they will be beyond grateful to have more fun and engaging content for their school year.
