I imagine a classroom where students are able to learn to overcome social anxiety through daily collaboration and communication. I want to offer a safe and comfortable environment where students feel happy to exchange ideas, collaborate and experience what it is like to be around a conference room full of people without feeling scared or anxious. The chairs I am requesting will be used for them to sit around a table that will simulate a conference room. By the time students get to a situation where they have to be interviewed for a real job that will pay their bills, I want them to have experienced it so much that it becomes second nature to them.
