As a first year library media assistant in a pre-k school, I selected materials to quickly capture the attention of our little friends and awaken their curiosity to the wonders and possibilities of entering the library. Motivational and educational wall posters are a perfect way not only to remind myself of great things to teach but to also make those great things easily accessible as well. With four and five year old children possessing the ability to think with the speed of light is crucial. The colorful, inviting and comfy seating are good visuals sure to jump start the imaginations of our little people enticing them into the enchanting world of books full of magic and wonder!
