My classroom library will be a place where my students will really enjoy learning more vocabulary and cultural stories in Spanish. My students will be able to pick books, which will in turn, help them to enjoy independent reading time in Spanish. By building up my library and with these short novels and magazines, my students will be able to choose from a variety reading levels that will allow them to read independently at their own pace. They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase their Spanish reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in that area. This project will also help enrich their experiences by learning about the Spanish speaking world in terms of the culture.
