As a speech-language pathologist in the school system, I work with many students with individualized impairments and therapy goals. I believe that an iPad will be a new and engaging way for my students to target their therapy goals while interacting with one another. There are a multitude of specialized therapy apps available, from articulation apps for speech sound production to apps that will help them reach to their language goals. These apps also allow the student to receive automatic feedback in a new way and take ownership of their speech goals. Your donation to my project will allow my students to work toward their goals in a fun and interactive way!
