Students come to school everyday to learn. They expect to be safe as they move about the building conducting their daily activities. Teachers escort their students outside of the classroom for recess, to eat lunch, to do projects, and to move to their special classes. Having a walkie talkie for every member of the staff would give teachers the peace of mind of safety and allow the school to be more secure and safe because constant communication would be enabled. The walkie talkies would also be used during emergency drills and actual emergencies so that every student is accounted for and classes know when it is safe to return to the building.

About my class
