Welcome to my 18 - 21 year old transition program. In this program we provide training and experiences to promote independent living, positive leisure activities and career development to students with disabilities who have completed their regular high school curriculum. Most of our day is spent in the community in partnership with business' and agencies who provide supportive intern experiences. Once students ascertain paid employment, by their 21st birthday, they are then exited from our program as productive members of our community.
