My fifth graders will be able to use these flexible seating options to work around our classroom. They may work together on a project, collaborate with each other using technology, or read together during a book study. It is important to me that they are able to find a space that is best suited to their needs. Some students may work at their desks or at a table with a small group. Students can use the lap desks to collaborate with each other using their Chromebooks or other materials. They can grab a cushion seat to read a book in our classroom library. I believe that students learn the best when they are comfortable in their classroom.
