Help fund our fourth graders so that each of them has a copy of this wonderful book to use during our book study. This book is considered Florida's favorite novel. The kids have loved this story every year for many years and we want to continue to bring it to them. We will use the books to study in depth many familiar and unfamiliar places in Florida and understand how things have changed. This story takes students way back to the very Pioneer times in 1858. We become part of the MacIvey clan and learn the very intimate details of their journey.
