My class is a special education Language Arts class. My students need a classroom with many accommodations to help them succeed and one of those would be flexible seating options. These seating options would allow my students to choose a seat that best meets their sensory needs so that they can focus on their lesson or extension activity. My students are brave, strong and already have more to overcome just to learn the same material that average student have to learn. They deserve every accommodation possible to assist them in their learning. They deserve a classroom set up to meet their needs.
