Some of these materials are not only for my students, but for my advisory group. Each year, a group of students who are high standing in academic achievement participate in their student council and honor societites. These students conduct several fundraisers over their four years for various events during their high school careers. The first one is homecoming float building, which requires a lot of hands-on commitment! The rest of the materials are going to be great resources for my students who come from under-privileged homes or who simply don't have the right materials to read more critically. Some of these materials even emphasize and help my classroom stay organized, so I can better help them during the period, instead of organizing materials!
