I am requesting some basic school supplies to help my students and I have a successful school year. Unfortunately our school is underfunded and we go without many supplies. I am requesting things like pencils, sharpeners, book bags so they can keep their leveled books in them. I am also requesting flex seating because some students can not work at their desk so they can use other areas that are comfortable to get their work done. I have requested two different book sets, the animal series is for as project they do with animals and the others set talks about diversity which is what our classroom is made up of. Since most of my students come from low income households, it is impossible for their families to afford the supplies that so many other children take for granted. It truly takes a village to raise a child and I want to thank you you so much for considering being part of our village!
