Research states that physical activity can boost students' academic performance and improve behavior. Incorporating flexible seating within the classroom gives students the opportunity to continuously be physically active, while listening to both the teacher and their peers. Help my students wobble by providing them with flexible seating, which will boost their focus and attention on classroom activities! Students will be able to bounce on the exercise ball while learning about weather in science class, or have the opportunity to work as a group on their wobble cushions while discussing the next presidential election. My students would benefit a great deal from the flexible seating options this project would provide.
