My students need grade-level appropriate reading books to advance their reading, vocabulary, and comprehension. I am looking for funding for a reading rug and an assortment of grade-level books. Reading is essential to all learning. We will have grade level text to read as a class, but do not have many individual on-level books for my students to read and boost their confidence in reading. Many of our students come from Spanish dominant households where their only connection to the English language is within my classroom. Help me create a classroom library that will spark excitement for reading in my students.
