Students are currently mixing and editing audio and music recording projects in a small room that is not acoustically treated. Adding some acoustic diffusion panels to the rear wall of the room will improve the sound quality in the room and improve the student's ability to clearly hear and mix their audio projects. Diffusion panels help to scatter sound waves in random directions around the space to help eliminate standing waves and phase issues. Diffusion panels and other acoustic treatments are critical especially in small spaces and in critical listening environments where clarity and openness in sound is a must.
