There are different items that I have added to my list including books to build our classroom library. Some of the books teach lessons, some build character, and other are non-fiction books. I have also added items to help incorporate and integrate technology. We have access to Chromebooks and iPads and I want students to be able to display their work using today's technology that is available to them. I have other items listed to help display student's work. This helps build confidence in student's and take pride in their work. I have added flexible seating items and will slowly move my whole class to flexible seating, and this year I wish to try it out since studies have shown that it can be very effective in the classroom. There are many type of learners and I hope that by having a diverse classroom, it will help student's learn and be more productive and engaged.
