While in the library, students are engaged in many different activities. Not only do students read while there, they often collaborate with others to create projects and other tasks. Currently, my students all sit on regular chairs when at the tables. These are not always the most conducive to learning and attention. They also take up a great deal of space. With these new stools, my students will be able to choose from a variety of seating options that will allow them to find the best option for them. Students will be able to move around the library more easily and cooperate with others. I hope to expand the choices as the years progress.
