This project is important because we want to provide a newer environment with STEM toys that will engage young learners in every day play. These items will help our students make connections to our creative curriculum while giving them a satisfying early childhood educational experience. We chose a different variety of toys so that we can enrich our centers with materials that will ignite our students' imaginations! There are supplies that will help enrich our lessons and other materials that will help a future architect figure out how to build high rise buildings. Our students coming from various backgrounds may have never seen some of these types of toys because they are out of their parents' pay range and we want to expose them to as many new experiences as we can within our classroom.
