Kindergarten is a crucial year for our students as it is the foundation for the academic years to come. Students who are able to read at grade level in Kindergarten have a greater chance of succeeding in the following grades, making it more likely for them to graduate. By giving them access to a catalog of reading books in their native language, these students will develop a love for reading while practicing their independent reading. These interesting titles are grade level appropriate as well as engaging. Students will be able to engage in reading while developing skills that will help them make their way successfully through elementary school.

About my class
