Please help sponsor a Book Tasting Cafe in grades lindergarten to second grade. The auditorium will be transformed into a book cafe. Here all our bilingual students will get to "sample" books by previewing them. This is a great opportunity for students to practice using text features, make predictions for books, and participate in book talk conversations. Once they have chosen their favorite books, they will be able to take a book home. This will increase student fluency since they will have something to practice in school and at home.
