YAMAY Fitness Watches will motivate my students to move during our Cardio Unit. It is so important to stay active even though they are learning from home during a pandemic! The benefits of physical activity during COVID-19 include a positive relationship with achievement, concentration, and on-task behavior. Also, a positive relationship with academic achievement and test scores helps form a lifetime of healthy habits and is a strategy for reducing childhood obesity, and reduces participation in high-risk behaviors. I'm so excited to give my students some ownership over their health during this time!

About my class
