Students will be learning to write arguments and debate literary topics. Tablets would assist my students in providing the research that is necessary for the assignments. The tablets would be used in ELA and Social Studies. Student engagement will also be enhanced because tablets are current and relevant. I have noticed all of my students prefer using technology to determine word meanings and build vocabulary. Every student loves to participate but unfortunately we do not have adequate technology. The students who have phones are allowed to use them, but unfortunately not every student has a phone. Every student should have the opportunity to be involved.
