Colors make you happy; colors bring things to life. By painting, drawing, building using play-dough. The children are being problem solvers, using their imagination to become creators, but most of all a sense of pride. Everything in the classroom is hands-on and initiated by the children. I follow their lead by guiding them and asking a , question. Learning should be fun. The more fun you have the more you want to learn. By using play-dough, you can learn the letters by rolling the dough and making the letters. By painting, you get to use your imagination then putting it in a frame it stands out and gives that child a sense of pride. Can you imagine going to school each day and having fun and you don't even know you are learning? I want my children to want to come to school every day.
