My students will use these iPads to view media sources and research information to help them develop their English language. Students will be able to view local and national information sources, listen to podcasts, create visual and written responses, and collaborate with one another in a digital environment to practice real world applications of their English development. My kids will also have the opportunity to work with classes in other schools both locally and internationally to discover social circumstances different from their own. Think of how much more they will learn with access to so much information and such diverse resources! They will learn not only content skills, but also soft skills integral to higher learning and the work place. The iPads will help students to move toward multicultural education to help them become global learners and educated leaders.
