When my students have an area that is just for themselves, it helps them come back from having a tantrum, anxiety, anger or even just to refocus and join the group with more of a connection. I want to create a space where the students want to go and chill out and focus on what happened and what they need to do to rejoin the class. A cozy chair to relax with different types of timers so students can select what type of timer they need and if they need an activity to do or not. I know our class will love the new items.
