A class set of whiteboards and markers are a game changer in the classroom. These boards are double sided. On one side are handwriting lines and the alphabet, where my kinders can practice writing their letters and words neatly. The other side is blank, which works great for math. My students can use hands-on manipulatives to see the math concept and then draw what they notice on their whiteboards. With these boards, students can sit anywhere and practice handwriting, draw math models, brainstorm with a group, and so much more. Having whiteboards gets them out of their seats and creates the opportunity to make learning hands on and fun. Our classroom is also in need of basic supplies that we use on a daily basis. Since we are a Title I school, many teachers buy classroom supplies out of pocket. We have run out or are quickly running out of liquid glue, stick glue, pencils, and markers. Your generous donation will give the necessary materials that my students need to learn and grow!
