The use of chart paper as a tool for collaborative learning allows students to participate in group academic conversations while working collaboratively. Chart paper also allows students to display their work to provide opportunities for their classmates' feedback. Having earbuds available for students to be able to listen to reading will instill a love of reading and support reading skills. Students need to be quipped with 21st century learning skills and listening to multi media information is a necessary skill. We live in a society where podcasts, YouTube, audio books, etc. are a part of everyday life. Classroom teachers need to provide students access to those domains to help ensure they are college and/or career ready.
