My students enter my classroom to receive extra support in reading, comprehension, writing, and math. When they enter the classroom, I want them to feel empowered and excited to learn. Providing my students with a choice will help motivate them. My students will be eager to come into my classroom to learn but also be able to learn while keeping their bodies moving. Our bodies are meant to move! Sitting still for long periods of time can distract us from our learning but providing ways for my students to move and wiggle will help them stay focused. My students will love to bounce on the flex-space balance ball and wiggle on the flex-space premium wobble chair. The beautiful colors they both come in will give the classroom such an inviting feel. My students will be empowered by being able to make choices and, in turn, be ready and excited to learn!
