In this unprecedented time, our students will be asked to utilize technology like they have never before. Kiddos, especially, our kindergarteners will have had little to no experience perhaps even navigating a mouse, much less a learning platform. The monitor will allow me to set up appointments with students to give baseline assessments and using the baseline data, I can provide targeted instruction throughout the year for our most disadvantaged groups. Giving me the tools to distance teach will allow me to concentrate on the content (and how best to support the students) rather than focusing on technology. Technology will be used as a platform to access learning opportunities.
