My students are coming into my classroom as first-time learners and I want to be able to have the necessary resources that will get them to love learnings as much as I do. New books and classroom manipulatives will help enhance their learning and engage their interest. Fun, exciting, and picture enriched books can have the power to change a child's outlook. My early age learners have the potential to gain curiosity in the world around and create a passion for learning. By having classroom manipulatives for lessons such as math and literacy, I can make learning more hands-on and fun by having constant participation with my students rather than having them just sit and listen.
