Having an area of my classroom that is non-traditional will enable my students to collaborate with each other on projects in the various classes that I teach including personal finance, accounting, and introduction to business. My students have interests in obtaining a career in the business field, and I would like to expose them to the peer collaboration component of working in an office setting. I feel that the whiteboard with its mobility would be an asset for students to use to share their ideas with members in their group. I am excited to implement this new area of my classroom to enhance student learning.
