I look forward to each of my Spanish classes spending 10 minutes a day reading together. Reading is calming, pleasurable, and stimulating. But most importantly, there is no better way for students to acquire a second language than with input that is both comprehensible and interesting to them. Please help me build a Spanish-language classroom library so that students will view pleasure reading as an integral part of their second language studies. Eventually, I hope to acquire a class set for each of our 6 units in each level of Spanish. Please help me get started today! Papacito and Tumba are excellent choices for beginning learners! Muchas gracias!
