Several of the students in my third grade class struggle with remaining focused. At times they become easily distracted, but despite this, or perhaps because of this they are very hard workers. I went to their teachers from last year to see if they had discovered any effective strategies for encouraging their focus. One teacher stated that she had seen some success last year with utilizing wobble cushions. Although the school I work at has a few that we can use, there are not enough for all of the students who could benefit from having access to them. Your donations will help my hardworking students to gain a tool that will help them to focus more successfully throughout the year.
