Currently my classroom is in need of some classroom essentials e.g. white boards, erasers, counters, etc. These materials will help my students learn by making lesson fun and interactive for them. Having materials for each individual student, will empower my students by allowing them to create and express themselves with few restrictions. Allowing students the opportunity to use these manipulatives and classroom essentials, create student collaboration and brainstorming. With whiteboards, students are able to write/draw down their ideas and answers which is especially helpful for visual learners. Whiteboards are a better alternative to basic paper and pencil, and make the learning fun for students.
