When we first opened our school five years ago, chapter books and non-fiction books were the bulk of what was ordered due to the fact that we were once a middle school. We underestimated the necesity of good quality picture books. We are in desperate need of high interest picture books for our surge of at-risk and reluctant readers. My goal is to hook our students and help them fall in love with reading with high quality, colorful picture books. Help me these books into the hands of those that need them most and turn them into life long bookaholics!
