Seeing is Believing... students learn by engaging in hands-on, interdisciplinary projects. By projecting what another student or the teacher is doing onto the screen, other students can follow along and learn the specific techniques being taught. Be it painting, drawing, carpentry, essay editing, mixing chemicals in the lab, actually being able to see what the technique is will transform other students be able to do the work on their own. I am asking for 2 document cameras not only for my classroom but for my entire school. These devices will help transform what kids see by literally magnifying what their teachers are showing them. Not only that, but the cameras can be used to record video examples and play them back to students who were absent.
