These books will be used to put grade-level literature in the hands of students in their very own homes. Due to distance learning, students do not have regular access to a classroom library or the library at our school. Many do not have age-appropriate books at home. Students develop into readers by reading more, and these books will help them develop into strong, confident readers. My students have already shown their enthusiasm for a class novel study, and a new book will help to enrich their experience with shared reading.
