In the typical classroom, there are always several students working on different learning activities at different times throughout the day. Having classroom learning centers allows the teacher to work with a small group of children, while other students are engaged in independent learning experiences. Often times when third graders use the technology available in the classroom, it is hard for them to hear well or concentrate without the use of headphones. Adding headphones to my classroom, will help students to stay focused while using the available technology. It helps them to shut out unwanted noises and distractions. It will definitely enhance the learning that occurs.
