I recently move states and classrooms. I had to leave all my centers, manipulatives, and easel behind. My new classroom is missing all different kinds of math manipulatives and reading centers to engage students. These materials help make my Kindergarteners learning experiences more hands on and engaging. The easel is used for showing students what they need to do, along with providing a space to make easily accessible centers for pocket charts. The easel is at students level so they would be able to interact with words by building them and making them into sentences. By providing this hands on learning students will be able to retain what they are learning.
