I'm a new teacher and would love to start my new library to encourage my students to read. I belive that "readers are leaders", so I want to provide my students with an attractive variety of books that can make reading an exciting activity to do. It is said that if students like what they read, they will like to read. I would love to build and interesting and attractive library to my classroom so I can encourage students to spend time on independent reading time to improve students reading fluency. I believe that if students fluency improved at early age like my third grade class, it will easy for them to focus on the content of a text to on decoding the text.
