Imagine receiving your first violin, the excitement, the wonder, and then imagine a case covered in repair tape and latches that are not secure. The excitement turns to nervousness as you worry about the security of that violin as you walk home, hoping it won't fall out and break. Cases with secure latches will help the students carry their instruments home to practice safely; remember, practice makes progress! Shoulder pads will help the students securely position their violins on their shoulders. Correct placement leads to better posture, better playing, and successful music making. Working cases and shoulder pads will allow students to worry less about supplies and safety, and focus on sound and success. Their only concern wiil be, can I be practicing too much?
