Would you rather work in yoga pants and tennis shoes or high heels and dresses? Don’t we all want to be comfortable? I know that if I’m comfortable I get more work done. Help me give my students different options of ways to sit comfortably while they work. We don’t work or learn the same. Do you like to sit on the floor, sit on a comfy chair, or stand when you work? Do you wriggle your foot when you are nervous or anxious? Is it sometimes hard to sit still? We all have different opinions about what is comfortable but we all work better when we are comfortable.
