These materials are so very greatly needed and a necessary part of teaching students how to be able to successfully manage their difficult emotions, improve social skills, understand and manage symptoms related to trauma and conflict and being able to manage the symptoms of multiple types of mental health disorders. These items will be used during group and individual sessions. Most of my students utilize fidget/stress relief toys in my office which help to calm and relax them during times of crisis. The items that I have are broken and well worn and need to be replaced in order to continue to help students during times of need. Helping them to cope with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties increases the likeliness of them becoming successful students and adults.
